Thanksgiving . . .

"Mommy, I'm thankful for you." That's what Sophia told me a day or two before Thanksgiving. She followed it up with, "And Daddy. And Grant. And worms."

We had a nice Thanksgiving at home with my parents. Over the weekend we also spent some time in Chillicothe and Savannah.

Yes, we did something else we said we wouldn't ever do . . . we took our dog to someone else's house. We figured the minute my dad referred to Trixie as his "Grandpuppy" he was asking for it. Trixie LOVED playing with my parents' dog, Maggie.
